The UPRH successful has been the scene of the Dove Project Sabanera, native species threatened with extinction, Project Moonboogie for designing a lunar vehicle and maintains the Microbial Observatory of the Salinas of Cabo Rojo sponsored by the National Science Foundation.[1]
